Karin combined with Mizuho.
Karin is the second generation Royal Tree ship of Misaki. Karin means "Hazy Scales" and is also a Juraian term for a certain type of cloud formation. It is a twin of Mizuho.
Both Misaki and Funaho were called for their tree selection at the same time by the voice of their trees calling them to "Please, come here." When they arrived, they were not accepted by the 2nd generation trees, but were also not transported to the room of 1st Generation trees, instead they were summoned to a room with deeply unique trees. Following the voices they heard, they came to two trees entwined. They were the only of their kind to exist at this time, technically they are two 2nd generation tress, but together they are much stronger..
As ships, they can also merge together and when they do they are able to produce a special flower patterned Light Hawk Wings defense. The only other ship known to do this is the combined Mizuki and Kamidake II.
