- 1. First Contact (サミー大地に立つ! , "Samī Daichi ni Tatsu! [Stand on Sammy Earth!]") (October 4, 1996)
Three candidates are summoned to determine who will become the next queen of the magical kingdom of Juraihelm, Romio, Ramia, and Tsunami. Of those three, Tsunami is chosen, but she first has to restore the balance between good and evil by choosing a representative on Earth and having her do good deeds. Tsunami picks Sasami Kawai, an ordinary Japanese schoolgirl, and goes to Earth to tell her that she will become a "magical girl". She also sends Ryo-Ohki, a boy taking the form of a cabbit, to help her out.
However, Ramia refuses to lose to Tsunami and goes to Earth, along with her brother Rumiya, to acquire her own "magical girl" to undermine Tsunami. After reluctantly receiving a magical baton from Tsunami, Sasami tries to deliver a CD, but ends up being trapped and meets a mysterious evil magical girl.
- 2. The Crash Course (サミー地獄特訓! , "Samī Jigoku Tokkun [Sammy Hell Special Training!]")

Pixy Misa makes her introduction to Sasami and summons her first Love-love Monster, "CD Girl", forcing Sasami to transform into Pretty Sammy again. However, Pixy Misa is disappointed in Sammy's lack of abilities, and gives her three hours to train until they have a rematch.
- 3. Test! Test! Test! (100点とってスキヤキ! , "Hyaku-ten Totte Sukiyaki! [Get 100 points and Sukiyaki!]") (October 18, 1996)
Sasami brings home a 60% on her latest test from school. Instead of being punished, her parents decide to send her to free-trial classes at a prep school that many of her classmates attend, including Misao. Unfortunately, Pixy Misa returns and targets the prep school with another Love-love Monster, "Comic Girl".
- 4. Jump Over the Top! (あの箱を飛べ! , "Ano Hako o Tobe [Fly that Box!]") (October 25, 1996)
Sasami's class is being tested in P.E. in jumping over a vaulting box, but Misao is too afraid to do it, and trains after school with Sasami and Hiroto. The next day, however, Pixy Misa interrupts the class with the Love-love Monster "P.E. Girl".
- 5. Debut! The Star Sammy (今世紀最後のアイドルデビュー , "Konseiki Saigo no Aidoru Debyū [The Last Idol Debut of this Century]") (November 1, 1996)
To boost sales for the CD Store, Sasami's parents arrange a huge promotional event revolving around Pretty Sammy. Of course, Sasami doesn't want to do something so embarrassing in front of so many people, but after Pixy Misa shows up to crash the event with the Love-love Monster "Pro Karaoke Girl", she is forced to make her star debut.
- 6. Dodge Ball Battle! (奴にボールを持たせるな! , "Yatsu ni Bōru o Mota Seru na! [Don't Let Him Have the Ball!]") (November 8, 1996)
At Sasami's school, Kiyone Amayuri and her class 4-2 have challenged Mihoshi Mizutani and her class 4-3 to a game of dodgeball to settle a dispute as to which class owns a certain dodgeball court, but the game is interrupted when Pixy Misa shows up to play on behalf of class 4-2 along with two Love-love Monsters, "Ball Girl" and "Line Girl".
- 7. Talent for Trouble! (天災の才能 , "Tensai no sainō [Natural Disaster Talent]") (November 15, 1996)
Washu Fitzgerald Kobayashi, a 12-year-old American prodigy, arrives in Japan to become the new science teacher at Umi no Hoshi Elementary, but her real goal is to research the magical girl Pretty Sammy. However, her first day of teaching class 4-3 is interrupted by Pixy Misa and her Love-love Monster "Chemistry Girl".
- 8. Midsummer Santa (真夏のサンタ , "Manatsu no Santa") (November 22, 1996)
Misao returns home after hanging out with Sasami for the day, but she becomes scared by strange noises. She calls Sasami, who then goes over to sleep over at Misao's home. However, they are woken up by Pixy Misa and her Love-love Monster "Ghost Girl".
- 9. The Island of Love-love Monsters (ラブラブモンスターの島 , "Raburabumonsutā no shima")
(November 29, 1996)
It's summer vacation, and Ginji and Sasami are traveling on his motorcycle when they fall asleep and inexplicably wake up on a secluded island. At the same time, Washu leads Kiyone, Mihoshi, and several of Sasami's classmates to the same island. They are unaware that this island is actually a "Love-love Monster farm" overseen by Pixy Misa and a boy named Peter.
- 10. East vs. West (December 6, 1996)
While riding on horseback, Ginji and Sasami come across a girl hanging from the gate of a village built in the style of the American Wild West. They soon become embroiled in a feud between Genjuro, the girl's grandfather and mayor of the formerly "ninja village" and his rival Onijigoku, who wants to destroy the last Japanese-style building to complete its transformation into a western-style village.
- 11. The Lost Baton (バトン喪失 , "Baton sōshitsu") (December 13, 1996)
Pretty Sammy accidentally loses her magical baton after she defeats a Love-love Monster. It falls into the hands of Konoha, who transforms into the magical girl "Funky Connie", but she uses her magical powers in order to win the love of her crush Hiroto instead of for good. Meanwhile, Pixy Misa takes advantage of the situation and attacks the city with another Love-love Monster, "Cheesecake Girl".
- 12. The Blue Sky Rangers (心はいつも青空戦隊 , "Kokoro wa istumo aozora senta [My Heart is Always the Blue Sky Squadron]") (December 20, 1996)
Sasami meets a young man named Tenchi Masaki, who happens to be the assistant director of the popular TV show The Blue Sky Cool Rangers, and soon begins to have a crush on him. When Tenchi is allowed to direct the latest episode of Cool Rangers, he enlists the help of Pretty Sammy and has her star as an actor, but the shooting is interrupted by Pixy Misa and her Love-love Monster "Special Effects Girl".
- 13. All I Want is You (キミが欲しい, "Kimi ga hoshī [I Want You]") (December 27, 1996)
Kiyone has a meeting for an arranged marriage set up by her mother with Andou Toyokawa, a wealthy and charming violinist and Harvard graduate. Mihoshi supports her friend's marriage and manages to get the students of class 4-3, Sasami, and even Sasami's parents to support Kiyone by having them show up to the hotel they are scheduled to meet at. However, on the day of the meeting, Kiyone and Andou are interrupted by Pixy Misa and her Love-love Monster "Break-Up Girl".
- 14. The Fellow Called Boss (番長と呼ばれた男 , "Banchō to yoba reta otoko [A Man Called a Bancho]") (January 3, 1997)
A gang of four student delinquents have transferred to Umi no Hoshi's class 4-3. Their large and intimidating "Boss" (Banchō), wants to take control of the school by fighting the strongest person there, initially believing it to be Sasami. However, Pixy Misa takes advantage of Boss's dimwittedness and convinces him that the strongest person in the school is actually Pretty Sammy, thus arranging a fight between them on the school's roof.
- 15. Baby Sammy (赤ちゃんサミーでバブー , "Akachan samī de babū [Baby Sammy and Baboo]")
(January 10, 1997)
Professor Washu blackmails Sasami into drinking an experimental "growth accelerator" before leaving school. The next morning, however, she discovers that she has turned into a baby! Sasami returns to school to see if Washu she can turn her back to normal, but Pixy Misa attacks at the worst possible time with her Love-love Monster "Baby Goods Girl".
- 16. Team Lovely Madams (鮮烈!人妻隊 , "Senretsu! "Hitodzuma-tai [Vivid! Married Corps]")
(January 17, 1997)
Frustrated with Pixy Misa’s lack of success, Ramia goes down to Earth again to personally arrange a plan to defeat Pretty Sammy. After Pretty Sammy fights and seemingly defeats Pixy Misa at Umi no Hoshi Elementary, they are suddenly joined by a group of six women who call themselves Team “Lovely Madams” (Team “Sexy Mrs.”). In reality, the Lovely Madams are young housewives who were abducted and hypnotized by Ramia into becoming Pixy Misa's new allies.
- 17. Farewell Team Lovely Madams! (泣くなミサ!さらば人妻隊, "Nakuna misa! Saraba hitodzuma-tai [Don't cry Mass! Farewell Married Woman Corps]") (January 24, 1997)
Pretty Sammy has been defeated and imprisoned by Pixy Misa and her newfound allies, Team "Lovely Madams". The Self-Defense Forces and even a U.S. Naval task force try to rescue Sammy, but they are no match for the Lovely Madams and their "Lovely Power". Thankfully, Ginji, armed with his "Dandy Power", arrives at Umi no Hoshi Elementary with his own plan to rescue the magical girl who happens to look a lot like his daughter.
- 18. You are the Sunshine Girl (キミは高気圧少女 , "Kimi wa kōkiatsu shōjo [You are a High Pressure Girl]") (January 31, 1997)
Umi no Hoshi’s class 4-3 has yet another transfer student. Hikari Asahina is a girl who immediately becomes a favorite among her classmates and makes friends with Sasami, but she has a strong interest in her “pet”, Ryo-Ohki. Indeed, Hikari is actually from Juraihelm and was sent to Earth by Ramia, who used her magic to manipulate her into believing that Sasami is mistreating Ryo-Ohki, her childhood friend.
- 19. The Magic Fades Away (薔薇の花びらが舞落ちた時、静かに魔法は消える , "Bara no hanabira ga mai ochita toki, shizukani mahō wa kieru [When the Rose Petals Fall, the Magic Disappears Quietly]")
(February 7, 1997)
Misao's father is finally coming home from overseas, and she can't be more excited about it seeing him again, and neither could Sasami be happier for her friend. At the same time, Ramia has one last chance to prevent Tsunami from becoming queen of Juraihelm, and she convinces Rumiya to transform Misao into Pixy Misa one last time so she can use her full magical power to defeat Pretty Sammy in a final showdown.
- 20. Friends (ともだち~見つめ合う瞳、繋がれた手~, "Tomodachi ~ mitsume au hitomi, tsunaga reta te ~ [Friend ~ Eyes Staring at Each Other, Connected Hands ~]") (February 14, 1997)
Misao disappears after suddenly learning that she was Pixy Misa and had been fighting Sasami as Pretty Sammy. Sasami eventually finds her at school—where they first met, but she learns that Pixy Misa is still inside Misao and trying to wrestle back control. As her best friend, Sasami is the only one who can save Misao from the evil magic that's inside her heart.
- 21. I'm Glad to Have the Mystic Force (魔法があってよかった, "Mahō ga atte yokatta [I'm Glad there was Magic]") (February 21, 1997)
Class 4-3 decides on what they're going to do for the school festival: a chorus number with lyrics written by Misao, who will also being playing the piano. However, Sasami knows that Misao still wants to see her father, Shigeki, who had to leave Japan again before they could reunite. Thus, it's up to Pretty Sammy to bring Shigeki back so he can see his daughter perform at the festival.
- 22. The Third Magical Girl is Coming! (魔法少女強襲 , "Mahō shōjo kyōshū [Magical Girl Assault]") (February 28, 1997)
The balance of Gemini has been restored thanks to Pretty Sammy's good deeds, thus officially making Tsunami the queen of Juraihelm. However, Romio, one of the previous candidates to become queen alongside Ramia, gives her support to the latter and attempts to disrupt Tsunami's inauguration ceremony by transforming Sasami's class representative Eimi Date into the magical girl "Love-Me Eimi" and having her attack Umi no Hoshi Elementary with her "Lovely Monsters".
- 23. Goddess of Destruction (破壊の女神 , "Hakai no megami") (March 7, 1997)
Pretty Sammy temporarily retreats from Umi no Hoshi Elementary after encountering the evil magical girl “Love-Me Eimy” and her Lovely Monsters “Left” and “Right”, who begin to saw the world in two. When she returns to school, she receives unexpected help from a mysterious warrior disguised as “Cool Red” from The Blue Sky Cool Rangers.
However, just as the now-Queen Tsunami makes first contact with Earth, Romio has other plans...
- 24. The Moon Must be Hell! (月は地獄だ! , "Tsuki wa jigokuda! [The Moon is Hell!]" (March 14, 1997)
Having absorbed all of the magical power within Juraihelm through the use of the NT System, Romio uses it to power her "magical cannons" in order to push Earth closer to the sun, thereby destroying it. To get to Juraihelm and stop Romio, Pretty Sammy accepts Washu's help and launches in her rocket ship with her, Ginji, and Ryo-Ohki. At the same time, Misao wants to help Pretty Sammy and asks Rumiya to do her a big favor.
- 25. New Technology (ニューテクノロジー, "Nyūtekunorojī") (March 21, 1997)
Having arrived on the now-desolate Juraihelm, Pretty Sammy and Ryo-Ohki make their way to the tower shrine to find Tsunami and destroy Romio's NT System that's sucking the planet dry of its magic. When they arrive, however, the NT System drains Sammy's magic and forces her to transform back into Sasami Kawai. Pixy Misa, who travelled through space with Rumiya to help Sammy, soon arrives on Juraihelm herself and is tasked by Washu with delivering her own NT System device to Sammy.
- 26. Magical Victory (やったね、大勝利!恋も魔法もサミーにおまかせ , "Yatta ne, dai shōri! Koi mo mahō mo samī ni omakase [You Did it, a Big Victory! Leave Love and Magic to Sammy]") (March 28, 1997)
Pretty Sammy and Pixy Misa, accompanied by Ryo-Ohki and Rumiya, have their final face-off against Romio onboard her battleship, with the fates of both Earth—which is about to be swallowed up by the sun—and Juraihelm hanging in the balance.
