Mikagami is the second generation Royal Tree ship of Lady Seto. Lady Seto, as a non-native Juraian, proves beyond a doubt that one does not have to be a native Juraian in order to be partnered with a royal tree. Mikagami's name means "Water Reflection."
Despite their immense power, Juraian Royal Trees do not like to fight. However, as the flagship of the Juraian fleet, it is necessary for the Mikagami to be present at the 'battlefield'. The first time Lady Seto used her ZZZ "surrender or die" command in a battle, Mikagami was forced to attack, destroy, and kill many enemies, this caused a serious negative reaction from Mikagami that fed back to Seto and caused her to go into a coma-like state for months. This also meant the necessity to create Seto's Mirror Warrior, Kuis Panta. Kuis, as a complete mirror of Seto, is also partnered with Mikagami and they work together as naturally as the original Seto does.
The Mikagami and the Kamidake II
Now, when going into battle, Mikagami goes accompanied with a fleet of gunships, who provide the firepower, while Mikagami provides the defences of its Light Hawk Wings and Lady Seto's trademark manoeuvre, the "ZZZ" / "Triple Z" (also known as the "Genocidal Dance").
While the Galaxy Police and Juraian fleet were devising ways to battle the Pirate's Good Luck Fleet, Seto came up with the plan to link the Mikagami with the Kamidakee II and Fuku. This produced good, but not ideal results, and pairing the young Fuku with the veteran Royal Tree caused a heavy amount of distress to Fuku and it was decided not to try it again. Instead the plan was made to have Kiriko choose a new ship, Mizuki, which produced a much more compatible bond.
