Clone of another Cabbit[]
I'm intrigued how canonically Washu was put on the spot and assured the Jurains that there would not be repeats of Ryo-Ohki. Does this character's appearance suggest she was cloned by someone without anyone else knowing about it? Waito1 (talk) 19:19, 30 December 2021 (UTC)
- Yes, Kirche, D, and Miki are all failed clones of Fuku created by the Shank Guild scientests under Tarant's orders. None exhibited any abilities to control ships when created. Washu added their ability to control the ship afterwards, but Fuku remains the primary operator and they cannot override. So, they are lesser versions of Fuku, but do not have ship counterparts of their own. Fuku is also considered "different" in some ways to Ryo-Ohki and I guess that's good enough for Jurai, who make no objections... although none of the OVA ever get into the inter-house politics that the novels sometimes do.Nonsuch Ned (talk) 03:47, 31 December 2021 (UTC)
