Tenchi Muyo! GXP Paradise Starting (天地無用! GXP〜パラダイス始動編〜, Tenchi Muyo! GXP- Paradise Shidō-hen) is an OVA series created by Masaki Kajishima. A sequel to the original Tenchi Muyo! GXP—itself a spinoff of Tenchi Muyo! Ryo-Ohki, this series again follows Seina Yamada, now a grown adult, with a story which ties into the events of Kajishima's Paradise War light novel trilogy as well as the fourth and fifth seasons of Tenchi Muyo! Ryo-Ohki.
Paradise Begins Arc is being primarily produced by the media company EXNOA (and by extension its animation division Kinematics), with AIC along with Saber Project tasked with animation production. Notably, the promotional material for this series lacks any markings by AIC or Toei, with whom AIC Rights (AIC's copyright holder) shares the rights to Tenchi Muyo!. Instead, it is copyrighted by Masaki Kajishima himself and EXNOA LLC.
Kajishima himself will provide "general supervision" while Hiroshi Negishi, the director of Tenchi Universe, Tenchi Muyo! in Love, Tenchi Forever!, and Ai Tenchi Muyo!, will serve as it's general director, marking the first time he has worked on a Tenchi Muyo! series in the OVA continuity. Asami Takahashi will also serve as a director. Hideki Shirane is credited as the supervising screenwriter.

Paradise Begins Arc will encompass six episodes in total and release in a monthly schedule in 2023 as follows:

Trivia
The subtitle of the series has also been translated as "Paradise Begins Arc," "Paradise Beginning," "Paradise Startup" and other similar wordings. The title used here is the one use by the legal streaming provider, Crunchyroll.
